We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days.

Please note that during periods of high demand, shipping times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to keep delays minimal and appreciate your patience during busy periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free refunds on all eligible returns.

To qualify for a refund:

• The bottle must be unused
• It must be returned in its original packaging (box included)
• The return must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
